Our Fragrance Guarantee
At Glamory Essence, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. However, due to the intimate nature of fragrance products and for health and safety reasons, we have a strict policy.

Returns & Exchanges are Accepted Only For:

  • Damaged or Broken Items: If your perfume bottle arrives broken or damaged.
  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or Used Products: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any perfume that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or refunds simply because a scent is not what you expected.

The Return Process (For Eligible Items):

  1. Notify Us: Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Get Approval: We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the unused, unopened, and saleable item in its original packaging.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship the correct item. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
