1How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired fragrance, choose your size, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout to enter your shipping details and payment information.
2What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
3How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping times are 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
4How long does a perfume last?
Longevity depends on the fragrance concentration (Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum, etc.), your skin chemistry, and the environment. Eau de Parfum typically lasts longer than Eau de Toilette
5 What's the difference between Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum?
The primary difference is the concentration of perfume oil.
Eau de Toilette (EDT): Lighter concentration (5-15%), perfect for everyday wear. Lasts 3-4 hours.
Eau de Parfum (EDP): Higher concentration (15-20%), more intense and longer-lasting. Typically lasts 6-8 hours.
6What is your return policy?

7Can I exchange a fragrance I don't like?
We are unable to accept exchanges for fragrances that have been opened or used. We provide detailed notes for each scent to help you make the perfect choice.
